Dr. Jenny Mueller

Dr. Jenny Mueller is an accomplished professional in the food technology sector, currently serving as the CEO and founder of DIE FRISCHEMANUFAKTUR since February 2017, a startup focused on extending the shelf life of plant-based foods. In addition to this role, Dr. Mueller has been the regional spokesperson for Sachsen-Anhalt with bundesver since August 2021, advocating for startup interests. Previously, Dr. Mueller enhanced expertise in project management and corporate development at REWE Group from July 2012 to January 2017 and gained consulting experience during an internship at Roland Berger in late 2011. Dr. Mueller holds a PhD in Marketing from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, completed in 2012, a Diplom in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (2008), and participated in a marketing exchange program at EDHEC Business School from 2005 to 2006.
