Currently serving as Vice President of Global Services at Panzura since May 2021, Julio previously held senior leadership roles at Diebold Nixdorf, including Sr Director for Americas Managed Services Delivery, where oversight of service excellence and customer satisfaction was paramount. Julio's tenure at HP Enterprise Services involved significant account delivery management, including the execution of complex service transformations for major clients such as National Grid and Procter & Gamble.
