William Auer

William (Billy) Auer currently serves as the Director of Marketing Communications Operations at Enovis, a position held since February 2024, where responsibilities include managing a strategy that enhances employee engagement and aligns with corporate priorities. Prior to this role, Auer spent over four years at Diebold Nixdorf as Senior Manager of Digital Content Strategy & Operation, focusing on internal communications and bridging external marketing efforts. Auer has extensive experience in corporate communications, having worked at Cox Automotive Inc. and AutoTrader.com in senior communications roles, and at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Public Relations Specialist. Auer began a career in public relations at the Georgia World Congress Center. Auer holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
