Michael Bauman's work experience began in 1990 as a General Manager at Cranberry Lincoln Mercury, where they were primarily responsible for vehicle preparation, sales, and parts management. Michael continued in various managerial roles at Morrow Motors, Kenny Ross Chevrolet Nissan, and Atlantic Gold Exchange, overseeing dealership functions and managing sales and finance teams. In 2000, they founded Bauman Consulting and Training, providing consulting services and training programs for dealerships. In 2012, they served as a General Sales Manager at Ron Lewis Automotive Group and later joined Shady Side Honda as a General Manager. Michael then worked as an Advertising Consultant at Autotrader US before joining FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Customer Service Specialist. Most recently, they held roles at Diehl Automotive, including Manager, General Manager, and Sales Director. Through their career, Bauman has gained extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in sales, management, and customer service.
Michael Bauman attended the NADA Dealer School from 1991 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
