Cyprian Strzala

Cyprian Strzala is an experienced industrial engineering manager with a demonstrated history of success in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Industrial Engineering Manager at Diehl Controls since September 2021, Cyprian oversees a department responsible for introducing new products and machines into production, as well as maintaining and improving production tools. Prior experience at Autoliv included roles as Launch & Automation Manager and Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Manager, where Cyprian led automation projects and engineering teams to enhance quality and productivity in airbag production. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and various postgraduate degrees in Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain Management, and Language Interpretation from the University of Wroclaw and Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław. Additionally, Cyprian taught English at II Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Olesnicy from 2003 to 2008.
