Ivan Estrada Vargas

Ivan Estrada Vargas has a diverse work experience in various roles at Diehl Controls. Ivan started their career at Diehl Controls in 2012 as the Departamental leader of Project Managers, where they managed a team of project managers and industrialization project engineers for the introduction of new products. In 2014, they became the Head of product validation, responsible for testing electronic controls for appliances based on automotive SPICE standards and driving UL and CSA certifications. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Product Validation and Quality planner leader, focusing on the coordination and definition of tools for introducing new products with a quality-oriented approach. Ivan then transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Production Manager in 2018, where they supervised 7 production lines and approximately 450 employees, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing process. In their most recent position at Diehl Controls, starting from 2020, they became the Head of the Project Management team, leading a team of project managers focused on sales-driving projects and engineering changes.

Ivan Estrada Vargas holds a Master's degree in Distributed Software Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. Ivan completed this degree between 2008 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, which they completed between 1991 and 1996.
