Milos Majstorovic

Milos Majstorovic is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Turnaround Field Coordinator for Shell since September 2024, and as a Shutdown Coordinator and SD team leader at Dietsmann since May 2022. With a rich background that includes roles such as Maintenance Team Leader at Bonatti and Turnaround Quantity Surveyor for Airswift during SHELL's MTA3, Milos has been instrumental in managing major shutdowns, defining scopes of work, and overseeing maintenance activities across various facilities. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of the Maintenance Department at NIS Gazprom Neft, Project Manager at IMG Engineering & Construction, and various supervisory and leadership roles at Dietsmann. Milos holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
