Matthijs Trimpe Burger is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in strategic HR roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR at CVC DIF since August 2024, Matthijs specializes in Reward and People Analytics. Previously, Matthijs held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at De Nederlandsche Bank, focusing on the CIO and Data & IT division. Experience at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation involved guiding organizations through complex HR transformations. Matthijs also contributed significantly to ING, initially as a Management Trainee and subsequently as a Consultant in Global HR Strategy & Analytics and HR Business Partner.
