Ben Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Ben currently holds the position of Vice President - Commercial Leasing at DIFC. Prior to this, they worked at Colliers as a Director - Property Management & Transactional Services and later as an Associate Director - Property Management & Corporate Solutions. Ben also served as a Property Manager at Colliers, where they managed a portfolio of over 670 units. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Building Manager / Commercial & Retail Leasing Manager at Sultan Investments and as a General Manager at AMBH Group of Companies. Ben also held the position of General Manager at Jumeira Beach Real Estate and HM Fitness Centre & Ladies Spa. Ben has experience in managing and leasing commercial properties, overseeing property portfolios, and implementing property management strategies. Ben has a strong background in business development, strategy planning, and team management. Prior to their roles in the real estate industry, Ben worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Asteco, where they achieved sales success on Palm Jumeirah projects.
Ben Scott completed a BA hons in Accountancy and Financial Management with Business Management at The University of Sheffield from 2005 to 2008. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Property Manager certification from Dubai Real Estate Institute - DREI.
