Swetha Sundaram (Advisor on HR matters)

Swetha Sundaram has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Swetha most recently worked at Diffblue as the Head of HR, starting in September 2019. Prior to that, from June 2018 to September 2019, they served as the HR Business Partner & HR Ops Partner - EMEA at Acquia. Swetha was also the Head of People at Kumoco from July 2017 to June 2018. Swetha held the role of HR Generalist at Sophos from December 2015 to July 2017. Swetha's career began at the University of Oxford in August 2008, where they worked as the Divisional HR Manager (acting-up) / Divisional HR Officer - Medical Sciences Division until November 2015. Before that, they worked as an HR Specialist at HP from May 2006 to May 2008, and as a Senior Executive - HR at Zenta (formerly GRO) from May 2004 to May 2006.

Swetha Sundaram completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce at the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001. Swetha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources & Finance from the same university, graduating in 2004. In 2004, they also obtained a Master of Science (M Sc) in Psychology from the University of Madras, completing their studies in 2006. Finally, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management at Oxford Brookes University from 2013 to 2015.
