Kristina Bonitz

Kristina Bonitz has extensive work experience in various strategic and leadership roles. Kristina is currently the CEO & Managing Director at diffferent since February 2022. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director at SinnerSchrader, where they led and inspired a team of 600 people and was responsible for new business and business development. Kristina also held the role of Principal / Director Strategy & Innovation at SinnerSchrader. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Digital Strategist at Robinizers and as a Trend & Strategy Consultant at Scholz & Friends. Kristina started their career as an Intern at NORM Research & Consulting AB. Kristina Bonitz is known for their expertise in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.

Kristina Bonitz has a diverse education history. In 2008, they attended Södertörn University and completed a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Sociology. Kristina then went on to Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Marketing. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University Lueneburg, from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, Kristina attended Kaospilots and completed a program in Creative Leadership, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
