Kay Teo has worked in various roles across multiple companies. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Founder & Restauranteur of RESTAURANT INCUBATOR, where they co-founded a pop-up restaurant incubator in New Haven and hired a team, built a budget plan, business strategy, web presence, publicity campaigns, and menu concepts for 7 restaurants. In 2013, they were an International Student Ambassador at the Yale Admissions Office. In 2014, they worked as a Securities Division Analyst at Goldman Sachs. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 2019, they were a Senior Manager | Area Franchise Lead at Restaurant Brands International. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Growth and Strategic Projects at \u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793eDining Innovation Investment, a Japan-based restaurant holding group incubating innovative concepts and expanding through franchises across Japan, US, Europe, and Asia. In 2022, they will become the Director of Innovation at Dig.
Kay Teo completed a Master of Management in Economics and Business from Schwarzman Scholars in 2017. Kay obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience from Yale University. Kay also studied abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad and the American School in Japan. Additionally, they attended Yale University prior to their Bachelor's degree.
