Gad Akuka

Gad Akuka has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. In 2004, they co-founded Serv-IL. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Senior Software Developer in the Israeli Air Force, where they achieved the rank of Lieutenant. In 2011, they founded and managed Eventido, a company that provided marketing solutions for the events industry. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at SAP. In 2017, they became the CTO and Co-Founder of Segasec, a cybersecurity startup specializing in helping organizations stay protected from online fraud and phishing scams. In 2020, they joined Mimecast as Chief Scientist - Brand Exploit Protect and Director of Engineering. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CTO and Co-Founder of Dig Security.

Gad Akuka completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Mamram - Academy for Computer Professions of the IDF from 2007 to 2008, studying Computer Science.
