Caelin Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2016, Caelin worked as a Marketing Intern at Faviana International, a prom, evening, and wedding dress company based in New York City. The following year, Caelin joined The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Merchandise Assistant Intern. In 2018, Caelin returned to Faviana International as a Marketing Assistant, contributing to the company's mission of empowering and celebrating women. In the same year, Caelin also began working at American Exchange Group as a Marketing Coordinator, eventually transitioning to the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator and then Marketing Manager. Caelin's responsibilities at American Exchange Group included overseeing marketing activities and strategies. Currently, Caelin is employed at Diggs Pet as the CRM Lead and Digital Marketing Lead, utilizing their expertise to maximize digital marketing efforts for the company.
