Brian McGonegal

Brian E. McGonegal serves as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Digi International, leading the HR organization with a focus on talent acquisition, business consultation, total rewards, compliance, and HR analytics. With extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies, Brian has previously held positions such as Global Human Resources Director at Digi International, Director of Human Resources at AHV International, and Director of Human Resources at Allianz Life. Brian has a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, employee relations, and talent development. Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University and has further education from Loyola University New Orleans.
