Anna-Lisa Hakansson McMorris

Anna-Lisa Hakansson McMorris is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and project implementation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Digicel Group since February 2017, Anna-Lisa has also held significant roles at Actavo, including Regional Head of HR for the Caribbean, where responsibilities included HR planning and execution in alignment with organizational goals. Previous experience encompasses HR roles at GladKaj Enterprises, J. Wray and Nephew Limited, and Genesis Housing Group, with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and operational management. Anna-Lisa holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in English Literature from the University of the West Indies Mona.
