Joyce Awua

Joyce Awua is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resource Operations at MTN Ghana since March 2018, Joyce has previously held roles such as HR Services & Business Partnering Senior Manager and Employee Services at MTN from September 2008 to February 2018. Prior experience includes the position of HR Operations Manager at Nestle Ghana Ltd from November 2008 to September 2011. Joyce Awua holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Ghana (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast (1995-1998).
