Katy Ermak is the Customer Success Manager at DigiFabster. Katy has over a year of experience in customer success, working with clients to determine integration product potential and prioritize backlogs. Katy has also lead bi-weekly retrospectives and been responsible for managing engineers' development workloads during two-week agile sprints. In their previous role at OneScreen.AI, Katy also participated in user acceptance testing of new features and worked with the Design Team and Internal Marketing Team to launch details of each product on the HubSpot App Marketplace.

Katy Ermak has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Digital Design from University of Colorado Denver, and is certified in Client Management, Delivery Client Success, G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling, HubSpot Software, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, and in TRX Suspension Qualification from TRX Training.
