Digineer
Lucinda DuToit has a strong background in human resources and recruiting. Lucinda started their career at BORN Information Services in 1999 as a Recruiter and held the same role at BORN until 2002. In 2002, they joined Tech-Pro as a Senior Recruiter and also worked as a Recruiter. Lucinda then joined Shavlik in 2002 as a Director of HR & Recruiting and stayed there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Digineer as the VP of Human Resources, where they are currently employed.
Lucinda DuToit earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology from Buena Vista University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
