Shannon Burt is the Director of Talent & Culture at DigiSure. Shannon has over six years of experience in customer experience and operations management. Prior to joining DigiSure, Shannon was the Partner Operations Manager at KidPass, where they led technical projects, focusing on developing product and tooling solutions that informed operational processes. Shannon was also a critical member of KidPass' city expansion team, launching two new markets within five months.

Before KidPass, Shannon was the Manager of Customer Experience at Blue Apron. In this role, they managed the customer experience team and was responsible for ensuring that Blue Apron's customers were satisfied with their service. Shannon also introduced and managed tools that improved workflow, scalability, and efficiency.
