Description:

We are looking for HR Business Partner who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.  A successful HR Business Partner will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the managerial staff of the business line to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy
  • Implement actions to increase employee retention and loyalty
  • Create and regularly update job descriptions
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition specialists to consider the specifics of the vacancy and the team in the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition specialists in the organizational stages of the internal recruitment process
  • Take part in interviews as needed
  • Carry out the adaptation process of new employees, ensuring the organization of meetings during the onboarding period, the timely execution of actions set for the purpose of adaptation
  • Identify issues/suggestions of employees and come up with solutions to them
  • Work with managers and employees, regularly hold onboarding, probation, 1:1, meetings in order to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, improve working relationships, build and spread company culture, and increase employee efficiency
  • Hold Exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding of leaving employees
  • Familiarize business line employees and managers with all HR processes and procedures and monitor their application
  • Collaborate with the training and development team to organize the training and talent development needs assessment process
  • Represent the company at various events and other informal meetings
  • Carry out processing and analysis of meeting results, if necessary, prepare a report based on the results of meetings and present/discuss with line managers and take steps based on them to solve the identified issues
  • Coordinate the process of structural changes in units

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in HR management or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in HR
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills in database management and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
