Bill Norris

Bill Norris has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bill is currently working at Digital.ai as the Global Vice President of Pre-sales Engineering and Professional Services, where they lead all pre-sales engineering, services, and education globally. Prior to this, Bill worked at PROS as the Global Vice President of Professional Services - B2B. At IBM, they held various leadership roles including Global Watson Supply Chain Services and Client Success leader, Americas Enterprise Marketing Services leader, WW Services Integration Lead, WW Solution Delivery Assurance, and Regional Services Manager. Before joining IBM, Bill worked at Rational Software as a Regional Services Manager, and at Magnavox as a Software Architect.

Bill Norris attended The Ohio State University from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
