Shashank Pathak has extensive experience in sales and business development. Shashank is currently the Vice President and Head of Sales and Channel Development for India and South Asia at Digital.ai, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at CAST Software from December 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining CAST Software, Shashank held various roles at CA Technologies, starting as the DevOps Business Director for India and South Asia in October 2014. Shashank later became the Country Leader for Solution Sales for the Continuous Delivery Business Unit, a position they held until November 2018.

From 2012 to 2014, Shashank worked at IBM India Ltd as the Country Leader for Green Hat (IBM Rational Software) in charge of the Indian and South Asian markets. During their time there, they achieved impressive sales results, surpassing both quarterly and annual quotas.

Prior to IBM, they were the Business Manager at HP India Sales Pvt Ltd from May 2008 to September 2012, where they successfully made the Northern region commercial vertical profitable and managed operations in Northern India.

Shashank also worked at Telelogic India Pvt Ltd as the Strategic Account Manager from May 2006 to May 2008, where they focused on making Western and Northern regions independent business units and profit centers, with particular emphasis on the BFSI and ISV markets in Western India.

Their career started at Grapecity India Pvt Ltd as a Sales Manager from April 2005 to May 2006. Shashank achieved record-breaking revenue for the company in Western India and secured the highest-value order.

Before that, they were an Area Sales Manager at SafeNet Technologies from March 2002 to April 2005, where they managed resellers and solution partners and provided security deployment techniques to enhance software product security for customers.

Shashank began their career as a Marketing Executive at SQL Star International Ltd from January 2000 to October 2001.

Throughout their career, Shashank has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieving exceptional sales results, and successfully managing business operations in various regions.

Shashank Pathak completed their high school education from St Gabriels Academy between 1980 and 1993, earning a High School Diploma with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at Apeejay School from 1998 to 2000. Here, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Additionally, during the same period, Shashank Pathak also attended Apeejay School of Marketing in New Delhi, where they obtained an MBA degree with a field of study in Marketing.
