Matt Pelaggi

Matt Pelaggi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Matt started their career as a Technical Support Representative at ServiceCEO in 2013 before moving to Mimio as a Technical Support Supervisor. In 2015, they joined Apperian App Management as a Customer Support Engineer. Matt then transitioned to Arxan Technologies, where they worked as an Apperian Support Lead and later as an Apperian Product Owner and Support Lead. In 2020, they joined Digital.ai as a Product Owner and recently transitioned to the role of Product Manager in April 2022. Prior to their corporate career, Matt also worked as the Head Reservations Assistant at Bridgewater State College.

Matt Pelaggi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2020.
