Mike Landry

Mike Landry has a strong background in technical writing, with experience spanning over 18 years. Mike currently holds the position of Lead Technical Writer at Digital.ai, where they have been since 2020. Prior to joining Digital.ai, they worked at Arxan Technologies as a Lead Technical Writer from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for producing high-quality documentation for multiple enterprise App Security and App Management tools. Mike also implemented a collaborative cross-team effort to convert existing docs from PDF to HTML and distribute them via an online documentation portal. Before their time at Arxan Technologies, Mike worked at PeopleFluent as a Principal Technical Writer, Senior Technical Writer, and Technical Writer from 2008 to 2017. At PeopleFluent, they supervised documentation projects, created a variety of deliverables, and established information architecture standards. Prior to that, Mike worked at Systems Documentation Inc. as a Technical Writer/Editor from 2006 to 2008 and at Assumption College IT Dept. as a Help Desk Technician from 2002 to 2006.
