Ram Prasad

Ram Prasad has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Ram started their career at Aricent in 2013 as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in critical issue analysis and field support. Ram worked there until 2018. Ram then joined CollabNet VersionOne in 2018 as a Software Engineer, providing technical support at Level 2. After three years, they transitioned to their current role at Digital.ai in 2021, where they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer, also specializing in Level 2 support.

Ram Prasad completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Vel Tech from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including RHCE in RHEL 6 from Red Hat in October 2012, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2020, and SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020.
