Ryan O'Shea has over 14 years of work experience, starting in 2007 at Cyient as an IT Consultant. Ryan then progressed through various roles in consulting and project management, eventually becoming a Director of Consulting. In 2016, they joined Numerify as a Customer Success Manager and later took on roles as a Director of Customer Success and Senior Director of Customer Success. In 2020, they joined Digital.ai, initially as a Senior Director of Services and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Service.

Ryan O'Shea obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance & Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School from 2005 to 2007.
