La'Rae M. Trice

La'Rae M. Trice has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. La'Rae M. is currently working as a Senior Office Administrator at DAS Technology since March 2023. Prior to that, they have been the Owner of A Plus Trice, LLC from January 2021.

La'Rae has a strong background in the music industry, having co-founded a Gospel and CCM record label called Flow Over Productions, LLC in 2014. La'Rae M. successfully produced and released a Billboard chart achieving album and multiple singles for artists. La'Rae M. also developed a publishing company for all music released through the label.

La'Rae has also worked as a Talent Program Director at Olivet College from November 2015 to June 2022. La'Rae M. established a non-traditional music program for college music scholarship recipients and provided mentorship and support to over 250 at-risk students.

In addition, La'Rae has held roles as Executive Administration/General Manager at Tabernacle of David Church from May 2014 to August 2020, Civil Litigation Assistant at Lansing City Attorney from August 2015 to November 2015, and Operations Assistant at City of Lansing-Office of the City Attorney in July 2014.

Earlier in their career, La'Rae worked at SESAC from November 2012 to May 2014. La'Rae M. served as a Licensing Administration Coordinator, where they utilized various forms of new media to track down prospects and discussed ways to improve licensing approaches. La'Rae M. also worked as a Music Licensing Representative for a brief period.

Furthermore, La'Rae has experience as a Hostess at Ruby Tuesday in May-July 2012 and as a Student Worker/Volunteer at Cottage Cove Urban Ministries from September 2009 to July 2012. At Cottage Cove Urban Ministries, they mentored inner city students and taught them Christian values, provided tutoring, and engaged in various activities with them to build connections.

La'Rae M. Trice completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship and Music Business from the European School of Economics between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Music Business from Belmont University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained an Online Teaching Certification from the Education Technology Organization of MI in October 2019, and a Notary Public certification from the State of Michigan in July 2018.
