Sharon Kahn

Sharon Kahn has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sharon currently serves as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Digital Brand Architects, a leading influencer management and marketing company. In this role, they work with a diverse portfolio of over 190 influencers and manages various brand strategy and communications activities.

Before joining Digital Brand Architects, Sharon worked as an Associate Attorney at Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP. Sharon represented high-profile individuals, athletes, and influencers in their legal transactions and defended their intellectual property and privacy rights. Sharon also drafted and negotiated various contracts and managed a team of attorneys and paralegals.

Prior to their role at Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP, Sharon worked as an Attorney at the New York City Housing Authority, where they drafted and negotiated contracts for maintenance and repair services. Sharon also ensured the selection of high-quality vendors and contractors.

Sharon has also gained experience as a Per Diem Attorney, assisting with commercial litigation matters and drafting various legal documents. Sharon has worked at the Law Offices of Albert Wai-Kit Chan, PLLC, where they oversaw corporate and trademark matters and assisted with global trademark and patent enforcement.

Additionally, Sharon has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal and gained experience as a Law Clerk at Grant Attorneys at Law PLLC, Independent Health, and Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP. Sharon has also worked as a Student Attorney at the University at Buffalo School of Law, handling a major federal data privacy lawsuit.

Throughout their career, Sharon has developed expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, trademark registration, and litigation support. Sharon'swork experience demonstrates their strong legal skills and ability to handle complex legal matters.

Sharon Kahn began their education at PS 209 Q, where they received their Elementary School Diploma in 2005. During their time at the school, they achieved an award in Computers & Technology. Following this, they attended William H. Carr JHS 194 and earned a Middle School Honors Diploma from 2005 to 2007. After completing their middle school education, Sharon enrolled at World Journalism Preparatory School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Regents Diploma with a specialization in Broadcast & Print Journalism. Sharon then went on to attend the University at Buffalo from 2011 to 2015, receiving their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Communication and Journalism. Sharon continued their education at the University at Buffalo School of Law from 2015 to 2018 and obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
