Ryan Jaleh

Ryan Jaleh has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan has worked as a Principal at Pastora Capital, a diversified investment group, since June 2019. Prior to that, from September 2016, Ryan served as President of Archive Rentals, a company in the wedding and events industry, where they successfully turned the company around from operating losses to profitability.

In addition, Ryan co-founded Digital Brands Group International (DBGI) in January 2012. DBGI is a portfolio group that provides a unique scaling model for e-commerce and retail platforms. Ryan also founded and served as Chairman of Weddily, the first wedding marketplace where users can easily plan and book their weddings online, from December 2019 to December 2022.

Ryan has also held positions at TMC Group, a private holding company with real estate and financial investments, where they worked as a Principal from June 2016 to April 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Real Estate at Bode, a hospitality startup and property fund, from June 2016 to April 2019, where they were responsible for leading procurement and development of hotel assets across the United States.

Prior to their roles at TMC Group and Bode, Ryan was the Principal and Founder of Destination Homes LP, a real estate fund dedicated to acquiring and renovating single-family homes in California and Nevada. Ryan successfully built and managed a high-performing portfolio and executed the sale of the fund to Aalto, a subsidiary of Man Group.

Before entering the real estate industry, Ryan gained experience in consulting at ZS Associates and worked as a Senior Analyst at Colony Capital, Inc., a private equity firm. Ryan conducted strategic, financial, and market research analyses for M&A activities, debt financing transactions, and asset management functions.

In addition to their professional experiences, Ryan has also worked as a Summer Associate at The Walt Disney Company during their time at college. Overall, Ryan Jaleh has demonstrated success in various industries, including investment, events, hospitality, real estate, and consulting.

Ryan Jaleh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCLA, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Ryan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
