Andy Ng

Andy Ng has a range of work experience in the IT field. Andy started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Antenna International in 2013. Andy then worked as a Service Desk Analyst at ISG - Technology from August 2013 to October 2013. In November 2013, they joined Advanced 365 as a Service Desk Analyst. From February 2014 to September 2014, they worked at Troup Bywaters + Anders as a PC Administrator and Junior System Administrator. Andy then joined Digital Catapult in May 2016 as an IT Support Engineer and later served as an IT System Administrator from May 2017 to August 2019. From September 2019 to July 2021, they held the position of Senior System Administrator at Digital Catapult. Andy Ng's most recent role at Digital Catapult is as the IT Operational Lead, which they started in August 2021.

Andy Ng completed the Network Professional Programme at Just IT Training Ltd. in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Animation from the University of Portsmouth, from 2008 to 2011. Andy also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 8, CCA - V Managing Citrix XenDesktop 7 Solutions, Windows® 7, Configuration, and A+ Certified.
