Anthoney McIntosh has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Anthoney has held positions at various companies, starting in 2008 at MW Kellogg as an Internal IT Support, where they performed a variety of tasks for the ICT department. Anthoney then worked at Inception IT Ltd as an Apprentice, handling phone calls and basic faults. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Optimity Ltd as a 1st Line Support Analyst, 2nd Line IT Support Analyst, and IT Field Engineer, where they provided desktop support and worked with various platforms. Anthoney then joined Advanced 365 as a Technical Service Desk Analyst 2nd Line, acting as an escalation point for 1st line Analysts and the point of contact for calls being escalated to 3rd line. Anthoney worked at Conosco from 2014 to 2017 as an IT Support Engineer, providing onsite and remote support to high demand customers. Currently, they are working at Digital Catapult as a System Administrator and Senior System Administrator, and will soon transition to the role of IT Technical Lead.

Anthoney McIntosh attended Queensmead High School from 2004 to 2010, where they studied various subjects including IT, English, Maths, Science, System & Control, and History. From 2010 to 2011, they also participated in a program called QA Apprenticeships, although no degree or field of study was specified.
