Gregor MacLennan is an experienced professional in environmental advocacy and indigenous rights, currently serving as Program Director at Digital Democracy since February 2013, where responsibilities include developing a mobile toolkit for remote communities to document environmental damage and human rights abuses. Prior to this role, Gregor served as Peru Programme Coordinator at Amazon Watch from February 2009 to February 2013, collaborating with indigenous leaders affected by oil drilling contamination and coordinating campaigns against oil companies in North America. Additionally, Gregor co-founded and held the position of Co-Director at Shinai from November 2001 to November 2008, focusing on land rights and petroleum contamination issues in the Amazon.
