Lead Project Coordinator at Digital Direction

Christina Mendoza has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 13 years. Christina began their career in 2006 as a Billing Specialist at Call One, Incorporated, where they were responsible for entering applicable charges for orders placed into the billing system on customer accounts, answering customer billing questions, and processing disconnect notifications of services moved to another carrier. Christina then moved into the role of Client Relations Representative, where they performed first bill reviews, managed renewal notifications for all voice services, and organized the migration project of over 100 circuits when one product line was discontinued. Following this, they were promoted to Pricing & Product Management, where they identified the need for a new department and developed departmental procedures and processes to ensure information flowed cross-departmentally. Christina then became the Pricing Manager, managing a team of pricing analysts to provide pricing for all voice, data, and integrated opportunities. In 2016, they joined DCT Telecom Group, Inc. as an Account Service Representative, where they worked closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to provide superior customer support and investigated and responded to all customer inquiries on administrative aspects of the account. Finally, in 2019, they were hired as the Lead Project Coordinator at Digital Direction.

Christina Mendoza graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications & English-Business Writing.
