Nate U.

Nate U. has extensive work experience in the visual effects industry. Nate is currently a member of the Visual Effects Society since 2021. From 2019 to present, Nate has held multiple roles at Digital Domain, including Lead FX and Senior Effects Artist. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Professional at the New York Film Academy from February 2019 to September 2019. Nate also worked at Framestore as a Senior FX Artist from August 2017 to July 2019 and as an FX Artist from March 2017 to August 2017. Before that, they gained experience at MPC, where they were a Full-time Effects Artist from February 2015 to September 2016 and a Freelance Effects Artist from April 2014 to February 2015. Nate also interned at Side Effects Software from January 2014 to June 2014 and at Savannah Ocean Exchange from July 2013 to September 2013. Nate'scareer began at Savannah College of Art and Design, where they worked as a Systems office workstudy from June 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, Nate worked as an Assistant Manager at Independent Records from September 2003 to March 2008.

Nate U. pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their studies at Pikes Peak State College from 2005 to 2008. Nate majored in Graphic Design during this period. Following this, Nate U. enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Effects. Continuing their education at the same institution, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Visual Effects from 2011 to 2013.
