Louise Sorrentino

Louise Sorrentino is an experienced professional in member growth and digital acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Member Growth & Engagement at Digital Federal Credit Union since March 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held several senior leadership positions at LendingClub and Citi, including Head of Digital Acquisitions for Deposit Products and Senior Vice President across various functions such as Consumer Digital Acquisitions and Acquisitions Product Marketing. Louise has a strong track record of leveraging digital strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement, notably launching an Artificial Intelligence model for targeted product offerings at Citi and significantly growing the rewards credit card customer base through strategic partnerships. Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Manhattan College.
