Dale Powlison

Dale Powlison has over 35 years of work experience in facilities management and engineering roles. Dale is currently working as a Facilities Manager at Digital Fortress Data Centers and Colocation. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Facility Engineer at the same company. In 2020, they worked as a Facilities Engineer at Atmosera. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Sr. FM Operations Manager at CBRE, where they managed a team of building technicians and oversaw the maintenance of 2,000,000 square feet of medical office and administrative space. Before that, they worked at PROVIDENCE HEALTH AND SERVICES for 22 years, starting as a Manager of Engineering Services and later as a building engineer in their data center. Dale began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Morrison Knutson and then worked at BASF as a Maintenance Lead.

Dale Powlison obtained a Certificate in HVAC from Pratical Schools in 1992. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Coastline College and earned a Certificate in Electricity.
