Jim O'Johnson

Jim O'Johnson is a seasoned professional in the field of IT support and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Apps Support and Business Analyst at Digital Health and Care Wales since February 2015. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Support and Business Analyst at NHS Wales Informatics Service, and various positions in IT support and customer service across multiple organizations such as FIS, Lloyds Bank, and Sky. Jim's military background with the Nigerian Navy provided invaluable leadership experience culminating in the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Academically, Jim holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an ITIL Foundation in Service Management certification, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the Nigerian Defence Academy.
