Lindsay Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Lindsay started their professional career at Lincoln Federal Savings Bank in 2000, where they served as a Customer Service Representative for five years. Lindsay then joined Firespring in 2005 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Lindsay worked as a Project Manager and VersaDoc Coordinator, acting as a liaison between clients and the production team to ensure accurate and efficient project completion. Lindsay also educated and trained clients on the company's products to enhance their experience. Lindsay later transitioned into the role of Client Services Manager, where they managed the support team, interviewed and hired new members, provided training, and advocated for clients and their team. In 2015, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, and later became the Director of Marketing/Director of Retention Marketing in March 2018.

Lindsay Kelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
