Julian Kocher

Julian Kocher is the current Head of DevOps at Digital Lending Capital. Prior to this, they worked as a software engineer for Circle and SeedInvest. Julian has also worked as a software engineer for Carbon-12 Labs, where they developed a internal bridging service used as an OTC desk service for BTC, ETH, EOS and TRON. Julian also served as a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, CVN-76. During their time in the Navy, they were awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, and the Navy Good Conduct Medal.

Julian Kocher attended Columbia University where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Julian then attended New York University where they received their Master of Science in Computer Science.
