Tiffany Brown

Tiffany Brown, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Digital Media Solutions since July 2016, Tiffany acts as an internal HR consultant, providing strategic guidance on performance management and enhancing employee performance throughout the organization. Prior to this role, Tiffany held the position of Human Resources Manager at FreightCenter from February 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included directing HR functions, talent acquisition, employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
