Jane van de Wall - We are hiring has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles.

Jane started their career as a Promotor (Salesmedewerker) at Pepperminds, where they actively worked for A-merken, recruiting members, subscribers, and donors on the street through special actions.

Jane then worked as a Salesmedewerker at Budget Energie, approaching potential customers at their doorsteps and offering them possible energy connections. Jane also discussed contract terms and conditions with customers.

After that, Jane joined Red Bull as a Wings Team Member, where they were involved in promotional activities.

Jane later worked as a Thuiszorgmedewerker at TSN Thuiszorg, performing household tasks at clients' homes and ensuring compliance with the care plan. Jane also played a role in executing agreements made in client meetings.

Jane then worked as a Student Recruiter at Studentflex B.V., where they focused on recruitment and selection of students for job vacancies. Their primary task was matching the employer's requirements with the candidates' skills and qualifications.

Jane also served as an Examinator FR at Meerwegen scholengroep, participating as a native speaker in the Talendorp program and providing French language tutoring. Jane was responsible for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

Jane later worked as a Hoofdtrainer at Lyceo, where they specialized in providing exam training for vwo students. Jane focused on improving reading skills, conducting presentations, explanations, and personal coaching for exam students.

In 2017, Jane joined the Ministerie van Defensie as a Projectmanager Joint IV Commando, leading and managing IT projects within strict deadlines and budget, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various stakeholders within and outside the organization. Jane also created complex schedules considering operational availability and security procedures set by the Ministry of Justice and Security.

Jane then worked as a Consultant at Batenborch International, specializing in Executive Search in Sales, Marketing & Digital across Europe. Batenborch International is a market leader in this field, providing recruitment, executive search, and interim management services.

Most recently, Jane worked at Digital Power, where they held two roles. As a Corporate Recruiter, they focused on recruiting staff colleagues and consultants, from trainees to senior levels, with a strong data-driven mindset. Jane was responsible for building a hiring strategy, optimizing the candidate experience, and strengthening the employer brand. Jane also expanded the network of potential colleagues through various channels. In their subsequent role as Team Lead Recruitment, they utilized Digital Power's extensive experience in data consultancy to help organizations tackle challenges and transform data into actionable insights.

Jane van de Wall has a strong educational background, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Franse taal en cultuur (French language and culture) from Utrecht University. Jane completed this degree from 2012 to 2016, including an additional year of exploratory study. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschappen (Public Administration and Organizational Science) from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016 and 2017, Ms. van de Wall furthered their education at Utrecht University by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. During this time, they also participated in Graduate Honours Interdisciplinary Seminars.

Before their university education, they attended Corderius College, where they completed their havo degree (equivalent to Dutch pre-university education) from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they went on to complete their vwo degree (preparatory academic education) from 2009 to 2011, specializing in technics and science as well as nature and health.

In addition to their formal education, Ms. van de Wall has obtained several certifications. These include the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from CAI Opleidingen in January 2018, and the Academy of Financial Trading certification from the Academy of Financial Trading in March 2015.
