Mieke Kleppe has a diverse work experience ranging from research and analysis to consulting roles. In 2011, they worked as a PhD candidate at Philips Research, where they conducted research on medication adherence and developed a questionnaire for measuring medication adherence. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a researcher at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, focusing on projects related to technology implementation in healthcare and teaching research methods. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Solution Consultant at Adversitement before the company was acquired by Digital Power, where they continued their work as a Researcher and Technical Data Analyst. These experiences have equipped Mieke with a wide range of skills and expertise in research, analysis, and consulting.

Mieke Kleppe began their education in 2004 at the University of Technology Eindhoven, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. Mieke completed this program in 2008. In 2010, Mieke briefly studied at Waseda University, although the degree name and field of study during this time are unknown. From 2008 to 2011, they continued their education at the University of Technology Eindhoven, specializing in Human-Technology Interaction and earning a Master's degree.
