Julian Kocher

Julian Kocher is the Head of DevOps at Digital Prime Technologies. Prior to joining Digital Prime Technologies, Julian was a software engineer at Circle from June 2020 to November 2022. While at Circle, Julian worked on SeedInvest. Before Circle, Julian was a software engineer at Carbon-12 Labs from April 2019 to September 2019 where they developed an internal bridging service used as an OTC desk service for BTC, ETH, EOS and TRON. Julian was also the architect for custody and access of cryptocurrency assets. Prior to Carbon-12 Labs, Julian served in the US Navy from March 2008 to March 2014 as a nuclear electrician and reactor operator aboard the USS Ronald Reagan. During their time in the Navy, Julian was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, and the Navy Good Conduct Medal.

Julian Kocher holds a BA in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MS in Computer Science from New York University.
