Mark Spelker

Mark Spelker has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Mark currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Digital Prime Technologies, a position they have held for 4 months. Prior to joining Digital Prime Technologies, Spelker served as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School for 5 years. Mark also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Innodata Inc. for 2 years, where they led vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of corporate finance for the publicly-listed provider of business process, technology, data engineering, and consulting services.

Spelker began their career as a Partner and National Director of SEC Services at CohnReznick LLP, where they served in a key leadership role with one of the leading accounting and consulting firms in the United States. During their time at CohnReznick LLP, Spelker oversaw the Public Company Audit Practice and founded and grew the Life Sciences audit practice. Mark also assumed a critical role as the lead partner for IPOs, follow-on offerings, acquisitions, and reverse merger transactions.

After 20 years at CohnReznick LLP, Spelker left to serve as the Director of Quality Control at Rothstein Kass & Co. PC for 3 years. Mark then spent 4 years as a Senior Manager - Audit at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP before moving to KPMG LLP, where they served as a Senior Manager - Audit for 11 years.

Mark Spelker received their bachelor's degree in accounting from the Villanova School of Business. Mark is also a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey.
