Jasmine McCallum

Project Manager of Professional Learning Communities at Digital Promise

Jasmine joins the Digital Promise team with nearly 8 years of classroom experience instructing in English Language Arts and Reading at the middle and high school levels. In addition, she has served as a Reading Intervention Specialist, department chair, and member of a district-wide Superintendent Educator’s Roundtable to facilitate professional development and provide ongoing student and teacher support. With a heart for education and decision to be a lifelong learner, Jasmine is passionate about bringing equity to underprivileged communities.

In her most recent role, she served as a Content and Communications Manager, overseeing all aspects of written, video, and podcast content development, community events, and strategic partnerships, among other projects. Jasmine’s current role with Digital Promise combines her knowledge and real-world classroom experiences and desire to educate others excellently with spearheading efficient, yet strategic processes and projects to aid in the transformation and development of learning experiences.

As an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jasmine takes pride in serving and being an instrumental part of her local community. Currently, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in African and African American Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
