Tori Harrigan

Senior Manager, People & Culture at Digital Promise

Tori joins the Digital Promise team as the People & Culture Associate. She has previously held HR generalist roles supporting organizations in various industries. Tori’s passion for education stems back to her time as the Public Programs Educator intern with the North Carolina Museum of History. This grew into a passion for educational equity after her time as an intern with the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools program in Charlotte. These experiences highlighted the importance of advocating for nontraditional approaches and personal connection in education. She is excited to be in a space where she can support and learn from individuals with unique interests who are all working towards a larger shared vision.

Tori received her bachelor’s degree in history from North Carolina State University and has a master’s degree in public administration with a focus in nonprofit management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
