Joseph Chacko

Joseph Chacko is the current head of global delivery at Digital Risk, LLC. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in the IT industry. Joseph started their career with Tata Infotech Ltd. in 1994 and held various positions over the next 10 years before moving to Electronic Data Systems in 2004. At EDS, they served as the operations lead for two years before joining Mphasis in 2007.

At Mphasis, Joseph served as the senior vice president and head of the infrastructure service desk and enterprise BPO delivery. In this role, they were responsible for P&L, workforce management, and client satisfaction for a team of global IT and BPO professionals. Joseph left Mphasis in 2014 to join Digital Risk, LLC.

At Digital Risk, LLC, Joseph leads a team of IT and risk management professionals who provide support and services to clients around the world. Joseph is responsible for the overall delivery of services and ensuring that quality standards are met.

Joseph Chacko has a PhD in Education-Management from Alagappa University, and a B.Com in Accounts from MSU University. Joseph also attended shreyas vidyalaya.

Joseph Chacko reports to Jeffrey C. Taylor, Co-Founder & Managing Director. They are on a team with Susan Holmes - VP, Business Development, Kimberly Lanham - SVP, Marketing, Public Relations, & Client Services, and Peter Baci - VP, Business Development.
