Biljana Bozhinovska

Biljana Bozhinovska has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and customer success fields. Biljana started their career with an internship at Makedonski Telekom AD in 2006. Biljana then had internships at Quotatis in 2009 and gjuce GmbH in 2010. Biljana joined arvato Hightech in 2010 as a Jr. Project Manager eCommerce and later became a Jr. and then Online Marketing Manager. In 2014, they joined Digital River, where they initially worked as a Client Marketing Manager and then progressed to the role of Senior Account Manager. Currently, Biljana holds the position of Customer Success Director at Digital River, a role they started in April 2021.

Biljana Bozhinovska completed their Bachelor's degree in eBusiness at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Business Management at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2010.
