Steven Cheung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven started their career at British Telecom Professional Services as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they supported account managers, designed solutions, and conducted presentations for clients. Steven then joined The GL Company as a Developer before moving to IBM Taiwan as a Globalisation and Localisation Test Lead. Afterward, they worked at Digital River, where they held multiple positions, including Senior QA, Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, and Senior Manager. In their most recent role as Director of Partner Enablement - Client Delivery, Steven led a team of professionals in delivering eCommerce solutions and ensuring client success.

Steven Cheung earned a Master's Degree in Advanced Computer Science from The University of Manchester in 2000-2001.
